Who we are

Agnizar LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Agnizar”, “we”, “us”), runs agnizar.com. We decide how the personal information described here is used, which makes us its controller under European data protection law.

This policy covers this website and the messages you send us through it. Other websites we link to have their own policies.

What we collect

What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and a short note on how we can help. We need the first three to reply. If you would rather not use the form, you can write to info@agnizar.com instead. Please leave sensitive details, such as health or financial information, out of your message: we don’t need them to reply.

What your browser sends. Every browser sends some technical information with each request, including its IP address. When you send a message, we keep the IP address with it to help keep the form free of spam and abuse.

Anonymous visit statistics. When statistics are on (see section 4), we record which pages are viewed, roughly how far they are read, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the name of the website that linked you here, and whether the contact form worked. These records hold no name, IP address, cookie or anything you type, and one visit can’t be linked to another.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • reply to your message and arrange the call you asked for;
  • send you a short email confirming that your message arrived;
  • keep the site and the contact form secure and free of spam and abuse;
  • see which pages are useful and whether the form works, through the anonymous statistics; and
  • meet our legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We don’t sign you up for newsletters or marketing lists, and we don’t make automated decisions about you.

Legal bases (EU and UK). We reply to you because you asked us to, and because answering enquiries is in our legitimate interest. We protect the site on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping it secure, run visit statistics with your consent, and keep or disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies, browser storage and your choices

The site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Your browser’s own storage is used for three things only:

  • your privacy choice, so we don’t ask on every page. We ask again after about six months, or sooner if what we collect changes;
  • a message that couldn’t be sent, kept so it can go through once your connection returns; and
  • a random code, created when you send a message, which helps protect the form from abuse.

Outside the United States, visit statistics stay off unless you switch them on. In the United States they are on unless you switch them off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a no, wherever you are. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy link at the foot of every page, and the contact form works whichever you choose.

Site search runs in your browser. If you turn on search by meaning, your browser downloads a language model from a public source to run on your device. Your searches stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Who we share it with

Inside Agnizar, only the people who handle enquiries read your message. Outside Agnizar, we share personal information only:

  • with service providers who host the website, store messages and deliver email on our behalf. They may use it only to provide those services to us, and they are bound to protect it;
  • when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Agnizar, our clients or others; and
  • with a buyer or successor, if Agnizar is merged, acquired or reorganised, or sells some or all of its business. They would have to keep using your information as this policy describes, and we would update this page.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising, including the cross-context behavioural advertising that California law regulates.

Where it is stored

We and our service providers keep your information in the United States. If you write to us from another country, your information is transferred to the United States, where data protection law may differ from the law where you live. We take steps so that it stays protected as this policy describes.

How long we keep it

We keep your message, and the details that came with it, until you ask us to delete it. When you ask, we delete it from our records, and copies in our backups are removed as those backups are routinely replaced.

Anonymous visit statistics are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

How we protect it

We protect your information with measures suited to what we hold: encrypted connections, encryption of stored data, and access limited to the people who need it. No website or system is completely secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be exposed. If a security incident affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete it; or
  • stop using it for a particular purpose, if you object to how we use it.

You can also withdraw your consent to visit statistics at any time from the privacy link at the foot of every page.

Depending on where you live — for example, under the EU or UK GDPR, or the privacy laws of California and other US states — you may have additional rights, such as the right to restrict how we use your information, to receive it in a portable format, or to complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, email info@agnizar.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it, and we will answer within the time the law allows. You won’t be treated differently for using these rights.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, a parent or guardian can email info@agnizar.com and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to other websites, such as LinkedIn and X when you share a post, and the sources we cite in our articles. When you follow one of those links, that site’s own privacy policy applies, and we are not responsible for how it handles your information.

Changes to this policy

When our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly here.
